Our group classes are described as functional training – meaning we workout your body the way that you body actually functions. We focus less on building ancillary muscle mass, and instead work on strengthening your entire muscle systems and core.
Our classes will combine a variety of elements and disciplines, including the use of TRX bands, free weights, resistance machines, cardio, plyometrics, kettlebells, medicine balls and much more. The curriculum is always evolving and changing, which keeps your body from plateauing and hitting the “fitness rut.” Each class is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer who knows how to combine multiple exercise methodologies to get the most out of every minute you spend. In addition to that, the workouts can all be scaled up or down to meet each member at their own fitness level and skill capability.
